Hi, I’m Jeff.
I help leaders improve team performance by building psychologically safe, high-trust environments where employees thrive.
My work has been featured in Chief Learning Officer Magazine and Chief Talent Officer Magazine. I’ve held leadership roles and consulted at some of the most recognized companies in the world, and I’m a doctoral candidate in Organizational Change & Leadership at the University of Southern California. My applied research focuses on maximizing employee performance through wellbeing, motivation, and engagement. Organizations work with me when they want managers who don’t just hit performance metrics, but build teams that are resilient, motivated, and innovative. I founded the Leadership Bootcamp to blend my research and experience into a transformational training program unlike any other.
