Typical flow
Kickoff (Week 0): Discovery call, success criteria, cohort & schedule, pre-pulse.
Live Sessions (Weeks 1–6): Teach, practice, apply to real work (e.g., 3×3 updates, readbacks, decision logs, 1:1 frameworks, feedback scripts).
Between Sessions: Micro-assignments on real initiatives; optional office hours.
Measurement & Close: Post-pulse, adoption check (e.g., % using 1–2 rituals by 30/90 days), and a 1-page readout with wins, quotes, and next steps.
How much time does it take?
Leadership Bootcamp (Flagship): 6 weeks • 2–3 hrs/week • up to 20 managers (12 - 20 works best)
Manager Accelerator: 2 weeks • 2 × 2-hr workshops
Leader as Coach (Skill Sprint): 3–4 weeks • 3 × 90–120 min
IC Influence Lab (for ICs): 3–4 weeks • 3 × 90–120 min • up to 25 ICs
Virtual or in-person?
Either. Virtual, onsite, or hybrid cohorts all work well. (Onsite adds a modest day-rate premium; travel billed at cost.)
Can we customize?
Yes, and we encourage it! We’ll map your values, manager leveling, role-specific breakouts, competency models, tooling or other company specifics to our core frameworks, enhancing the efficacy, utility, and impact of training. Will coaching slow us down?
