IC Influence Lab is a flexible program for individual contributors that can be as short as a half-day intensive, up to a 3 - 4 week program. Through live practice, simple playbooks, and on-the-job experiments, ICs learn to communicate up, across, and with stakeholders to get decisions made, surface risks early, and resolve conflicts quickly. Confidence, behavior adoption, and agreement quality are all measured so you see the change.
